I created Chaos in Construction as a platform to explore the unpredictable realities of the construction industry and to offer real-world construction management strategies to those navigating it every day. My background includes years of experience serving as an Owner's Representative managing capital projects in public utility infrastructure, commercial development, and complex renovation environments. I've led teams, interpreted designs, resolved conflicts, and kept operations moving when schedules slip and chaos threatens to take over. I also teach part-time in Construction Engineering Technology, which gives me a front-row seat to how theory meets reality in the next generation of builders.
